To make your reservations for the Bocas Beach House, make sure you have contacted owner by phone (in the US 702-596-7611) or by email first to confirm availability and length of stay.

Once you have confirmed availability and length of stay, you may make your required deposit or any balance due by clicking on the Pay Pal link below. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO USE PAY PAL AS YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT, PLEASE CONTACT OWNER FOR ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS.

If the total amount you are sending in this transaction exceeds $2,000.00, you must have a valid Pay Pal account of your own. There is no charge to set up a Pay Pal account. If you need to set one up go to www.paypal.com .
SECURITY DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY
A security deposit is required for both short and long term occupants. The security deposit for a one month stay or less is $200.00 USD in addition to quoted rental rate. The security deposit for a long term lease (more than one month) is $400.00 USD in addition to quoted rental rate.
Security deposits are due and payable in cash to on-site management and are refunded upon check-out, pending a quick check-out inspection. Cash is availble via bank ATM at the local bank near the airport in Bocas del Toro.
All deposits and rents are due in advance of occupancy. Rental and deposit refunds for cancellations prior to 21 days of scheduled check-in date are subject to an administrative fee of 10%. Rental deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 21 days of scheduled check-in, however, a credit may be applied toward future stays based on availability.
