combine for maximum comfort.  Precision fitted, double hung PVC windows allow for great ventilation and easy cleaning.  The screened-in patio area serves as the perfect place to dine and watch the sunset.  City electricity and city water plus the rain water catchment system provide for all your comfort and conveniences.  A wireless internet network is installed and ready for you to tap into!  All appliances including refrigerator/freezer, 30" 6-burner range/oven and washer/dryer are included as well as a  27" TV with DVD player (note: no television antenna service is connected at this time, but you can bring or rent your favorite movies!) 

This home is beautifully furnished and completely stocked with housewares, including linens, towels, dishes, flatware, cookware, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
